Weary but hanging on

I blog tonight in complete exhaustion. I am overwhelmed and in need of some major R and R. What amazes me is that even in the midst of the temper tantrums, mounds of laundry and endless paperwork, God reveals Himself. I was listening to a CD from a local radio station as I prepared work for tomorrow. A song by Jared Anderson called "Carrier" really spoke to my heart. It says,

I'll be the carrier of love and compassion.
I'll be the carrier light to the world.
I'll be the carrier of hope and salvation.
I will go shine your light to the world.

Who knows why I am where I am... struggling... tired... weary. But here I am Lord, Send me. Send me to work tomorrow- to reach the 9 children in my classroom as well as the families I work so intimately with. Send me to make a difference in the life of my daughter. Send me to reach those who don't know you.
